What are your goals?
1. Be mindful of what you eat ALWAYS!
2. Exercise, even 5 minutes a day is better then not exercising at all. What is 5 minutes? Take the time and then increase what you are doing.
3. Have patience!
4. Eat slowly and do not watch TV while eating.
5. Make the necessary changes to lose weight by changing what you eat, watch your carbohydrates. Watch that foods you are eating don't have added wasted calories in fat.
Have patience! You don't want to lose weight quickly. It is unhealthy and not realistic. Don't go on a fad diet. Take the time to change your portion sizes, be "MINDFUL" of what you are eating
